This place is definitely one of the best opticians in Brooksville City. The doctor and the staff are really kind and honest, which is essential when it comes to your eyes. They take their time to explain everything to you, and make sure you're comfortable throughout the whole process. The best part is, they're really good at finding problems that other doctors might miss. I recently had an issue with my vision that I couldn't resolve with other doctors, but Dr. Klein found the solution right away. The place is clean and well-maintained, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom. They accept various payment methods, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. The office staff is generally friendly, but there was one instance where they were unwilling to make a copy of a patient's report on the spot, citing office policy. The waiting area is comfortable, and the staff is usually organized, with appointments usually running on schedule. They do recommend making an appointment, though. The working hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 4:45 pm, and 9 am to 3 pm on Fridays. They're closed on weekends. One major issue is that the glasses they provided to one patient, a 66-year-old disabled man, fogged up quickly and had to be cleaned frequently, and he paid over $350 for them. However, the majority of reviews suggest that this is an isolated incident.
