Brookside Manor Apartments seem to be a well-kept and peaceful community, with a range of amenities including a pool, gym, and tennis court. Residents praise the maintenance team for being responsive and helpful, and the office staff for being friendly and welcoming. However, there have been some issues with communication, including a resident who reported receiving no response to their online inquiry, and another who was unhappy with the handling of a pest control issue. The complex is clean and quiet, with a range of floor plans available. However, some residents have mentioned that the complex can be quite expensive. The community seems to have a strong sense of camaraderie, with residents frequently praising the staff and their neighbors. Overall, Brookside Manor Apartments appear to be a solid choice for those looking for a peaceful and well-maintained community. However, residents should be aware that there have been some issues with communication and customer service.
