This pharmacy stands out for its excellent pricing, which is a major advantage for customers. The staff is also very friendly and remembers customers by name, making them feel welcome and valued. The pharmacy's commitment to helping customers, even going above and beyond to find the best options for their needs, is truly commendable. However, some customers have reported that the pharmacy can be a bit slow, which might be a drawback for those in a hurry. The pharmacy's ability to offer quick and easy services, such as mobile payments and in-store pickup, is a great convenience for customers. The owner, Alpesh Patel, is a dedicated and caring pharmacist who genuinely cares about his patients' health and well-being. He has a customer for life, and his pharmacy has earned a reputation for being the best in the area. Some customers have praised the pharmacy's flexibility and willingness to work with patients who have limited insurance coverage or other financial constraints. Alpesh has even gone so far as to help patients find patient assistance programs and negotiate prices with manufacturers. One potential issue is that the pharmacy may not be open on weekends, which could be a problem for customers who need to pick up prescriptions on those days. However, this is a relatively minor concern compared to the many advantages of shopping at Broadway Discount Pharmacy.Overall, Broadway Discount Pharmacy is a highly recommended destination for anyone looking for a friendly, affordable, and personalized pharmacy experience.
