The location is a convenient place for shopping, gift shopping, and sign shop needs. The building is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The working hours are fixed, which can be helpful for planning visits. The staff is knowledgeable, particularly Rick, who is skilled at designing and creating eye-catching signs. Rick takes time to understand clients' needs and delivers high-quality results, as seen in the examples of the old logo transformation and the custom sign for a business. One of the issues is the occasional delay in project completion, as seen in the case when Rick promised to deliver the sign on a certain day but finished it four days later, which may cause inconvenience for businesses with tight schedules. However, the pricing seems reasonable, and the quality of work is consistently high. Overall, the location is a great choice for those seeking reliable sign-making services. While it is not perfect, the benefits of working with Rick and Brilliant Signs & Graphics outweigh the drawbacks. It is worth noting that the negative experiences may be exceptions rather than the rule.
