The reviewed daycare, Brighter Days Parsons, has received generally positive reviews from parents. The daycare has a wide range of educational activities and provides a safe environment for children. Parents appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and the professionalism of the staff. Many parents praise the director, Raquel, for her efforts in improving the center and her caring approach towards the children. Some parents have also appreciated the new app implemented by Raquel to keep parents updated on their children's daily activities. The center has a strong focus on early literacy, emotional training, and social skills. However, there have been a few complaints about the quality of care, with one parent mentioning that their child was bullied and the director was rude. Another parent had issues with the staff's attitude and the way their child was handled. The prices seem to be reasonable, and the center is wheelchair accessible. Despite some issues, the majority of parents are satisfied with the care their children receive at Brighter Days Parsons. The center seems to be working hard to improve and provide a positive experience for the children and their families.
