They appreciate the transparency in pricing and the thoroughness of the services. One customer was even shown visual proof of the cleaning work using a camera, which is a unique and innovative approach. However, the quality of the services could be improved. It is unclear what steps the business takes to ensure the quality of the work done by their technicians. It is not clear what measures are in place to prevent mistakes or errors. The customer who praised the technicians' knowledge and expertise was also impressed by their willingness to answer questions and provide explanations, but it is unclear if this is a standard practice for all technicians. The business has a strong focus on air quality and ventilation, which is commendable. However, it is unclear if they take any initiatives to stay ahead of the curve and adopt new technologies or techniques. This could be an area for improvement.
