I visited this medical service location and found it to be a well-organized facility. The audiologist, Bridget Rickman, AUD, and her team were very professional and courteous. The building is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, entrance, and restroom, which is great for people with mobility issues. They accept credit cards as a form of payment, which is convenient. The restroom is clean and well-maintained, and there is an entrance that allows easy access for wheelchairs. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. I was impressed with the overall experience. However, the waiting time could be improved as it took a while to get seen.
