I visited the location, it's not very close to the city center, so I think some amenities are a bit inconvenient. It's located in a decent area, but parking lot could be better organized, as some spots are hard to access for people with mobility issues. The staff is very helpful and professional. I was impressed by the fact that the facility is well-maintained and clean. The storage units are easy to access, and the alarm system gives me a sense of security. However, I think they could provide more units for boats and RVs as I have a large trailer and I had to look around for the right unit. The location has a good working schedule, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, and they also provide some additional services like document storage and packing tips. The website is easy to navigate and they have all the information I need. The only thing that prevents me from giving a perfect score is that there is no staff available on weekends and I couldn't get any information about the facility then.
