This massage spa has received overwhelmingly positive reviews from its clients. The staff, including Z, Mary, and Annie, have been praised for their professionalism, kindness, and expertise in providing a range of massage services. Clients have appreciated the clean and welcoming atmosphere of the facility, as well as the use of amenities such as hot stones and hot towels. The spa is also commended for its affordability, with many clients praising the great value for the price. However, there is one review that stands out as a single negative comment out of many positive ones, where a client mentioned that the facility is not a "luxury spa" facility but it's clean and comfortable.
