This location provides a variety of services including termite control and pest control, making it a convenient option for those in need of multiple services. The business operates under the name Bray's Pest Control and is located at Building 2300, E C 470 Street in Sumterville City. The working hours are from 8am to 8pm, Monday through Friday, and 9am to 8pm on Saturdays. Customers have provided mixed feedback on the quality of service, with some praising the courteous staff and excellent service, while others have had negative experiences with responsiveness and quality.A 5-star review praised the company's willingness to help clients understand the process, while a 1-star review from 2021 mentioned progressive lawn deterioration and unresponsive customer service. Another negative review from 2020 advised against letting the company into one's home. However, a more recent review from 2024 stated that everything was fine, but had no idea where a certain photo came from. The pricing of the services appears to be reasonable, but further research is needed to confirm this. There are no apparent innovations in the services offered. Overall, this location seems to have a generally average quality of service and a decent pricing structure, but there is still room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and quality.
