This business location offers a range of services, including termite control and pest control, making it a convenient one-stop-shop for homeowners dealing with unwanted critters.Their knowledgeable and professional technicians seem to be a major strength, with multiple clients praising their expertise and friendly demeanor. The company's ability to tackle a variety of pest issues, including roaches and termites, is a notable aspect of their service. However, there appears to be a discrepancy in the quality of service, with one client expressing disappointment and feeling that they wasted money on ineffective treatments. The working hours are quite extensive, with the business being open seven days a week, making it easy for clients to schedule appointments at their convenience.Despite the occasional hiccup, it seems that Brantley Termite & Pest Control has a generally strong reputation, with most clients being extremely satisfied with their services. The company's pricing seems to be fair, with some clients mentioning that they were pleased with the value they received for their money. However, it is worth noting that the business's success can be partially attributed to their extensive working hours, which may be a key factor in their ability to accommodate a high volume of clients. It is also worth mentioning that the business's website and online presence are not explicitly mentioned in the provided data, which could be seen as a missed opportunity to provide additional information and services to potential clients. One major area for improvement is the lack of clear guarantees or refunds for services that may not be effective, which could lead to disappointed customers feeling taken advantage of.
