This dialysis center has a solid reputation, with good quality medical services. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making patients feel at ease. The center is located in a convenient spot, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, making it easy for those with mobility issues to get inside. One notable area for improvement is the quality of care provided by the medical staff. While they are knowledgeable and experienced, there are moments when communication breaks down, and patients may feel uncertain about their treatment plan. The pricing for services is very competitive, which is a major plus for those who need ongoing dialysis treatment. However, some patients may find the costs to be a bit high compared to other centers. The center has a partnership with the Brandon Artificial Kidney Center, which suggests a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dialysis technology. This is reflected in the center's relatively high innovativeness score. One concern is that the center could improve its patient engagement and education. While staff are friendly, patients may not always feel fully informed about their treatment options and care plans.
