This location is easily accessible with a wheelchair accessible parking lot, entrance, and restroom, which is a big plus. However, the experience with Mr. Kustin, the mediator, was quite negative. Some clients have reported that he is pushy and tries to settle cases quickly without giving them enough time to consider their options. Communication issues have also been a problem, with some clients not receiving responses to their emails and calls. Prices can be quite high, with one client reporting a charge of over $2150 for a 4-hour mediation session. Despite these issues, the location is clean and well-maintained, and the staff seems friendly. It's worth noting that Mr. Kustin has been involved in some questionable business practices, such as charging the same amount for mediations involving multiple parties, which raises some red flags. Overall, while the location has some positive qualities, the issues with Mr. Kustin's behavior and pricing practices make it difficult to recommend this location.
