This business is a great place to visit if you need water heater repair services. They offer a variety of options for different types of water heaters. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, making them a pleasure to deal with. They also have a good selection of water utility company services. However, the quality of their work is not always consistent, with some repairs not lasting as long as expected. The prices are relatively high, but the convenience of having everything in one place is worth it. They are quite innovative, always finding new ways to improve their services. However, they could do a better job of keeping track of appointments, as some customers have reported waiting longer than expected for their scheduled repairs. On the positive side, they are a part of a well-known brand, Bradenton Water Tower/Ship #2, which gives customers confidence in their abilities. Despite some minor issues, this business is a reliable choice for water heater repair and water utility company services.
