This location is a great place to find a new home. The homes here are very spacious, with a lot of natural light. However, the quality of the homes is somewhat inconsistent, with some having more defects than others. The community has wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, which is a great feature. However, the homes themselves could be more innovative in terms of design and layout. The homes are also very energy-efficient, which is a plus. The private backyards are a nice feature, as they provide a sense of seclusion. One thing to note is that the community is not very diverse, and it's located in a relatively quiet area.
