I've had a generally positive experience with this Community & Government location. The staff seems to be very caring and understanding, which is a great asset for any organization. The wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance are definite pluses, making it easier for everyone to access the services. On-site parking is also convenient for visitors. However, the exterior of the building could use some improvement to make it look more welcoming. The location is easy to find, but the building's appearance doesn't match its great services. Despite this, the overall atmosphere inside is pleasant and clean. The only thing that prevents this location from receiving a perfect score is the lack of visual appeal from the outside.
