This location has had a decent run of good experiences from customers who have praised the friendly and helpful staff, especially those who have worked with Lili and Gabriela. They have been able to find customers good deals and were patient and knowledgeable in their service. Some customers have also appreciated the fact that the business is Latino-owned. The physical location itself appears to be accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. However, there have been several complaints about poor post-sale experiences, including difficulty in getting titles and tags, and the business being unwilling to fix problems with vehicles. Additionally, some customers have experienced difficulty in getting the business to respond to their calls and messages, which can make it difficult to resolve issues. The business has also been criticized for its financial practices, with some customers reporting being hit with high-interest loans and being misled about the cost of repairs. The situation with customer Miguel, who was promised a new radio but was instead sent $60 to buy it himself, has also raised concerns about the business's honesty and integrity.
