This BP location has become a staple in the community, with a reputation for providing excellent service and a wide range of amenities. The staff is friendly and welcoming, with many customers praising their pleasant interactions. The gas station is clean and well-maintained, with tidy restrooms and a convenient store that stocks a variety of food and snacks. While some customers have experienced issues with the pumps or payment systems, these seem to be rare occurrences. However, one issue that has been reported by multiple customers is the lack of concern shown by staff when problems arise. In several instances, customers have complained about being charged twice for gas or having issues with the pumps, only to be met with dismissive or unhelpful responses from staff.Despite this, the BP location has managed to maintain a high overall rating, thanks in part to its convenient location and competitive pricing. The gas station is a popular spot for locals and visitors alike, with many customers praising its accessibility and the friendly atmosphere. One potential area for improvement is the innovativeness of the location. While the BP location has implemented some modern amenities, such as NFC mobile payments and a convenience store, it could benefit from more innovative ideas to stay ahead of the competition.Overall, the BP location on S Highland Ave is a solid choice for those in the area looking for a reliable gas station with excellent service and a wide range of amenities. However, customers should be aware of the potential for issues with the pumps or payment systems, and be prepared to advocate for themselves if problems arise.
