I've had a very positive experience with BounceWave Inflatable Sales. From the initial communication to the final delivery, the team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed to set up and operate my new inflatable water slide. The quality of the slide itself is top-notch, with vibrant colors and a sturdy design that should withstand heavy use. While the price was a bit higher than I was expecting, I believe it was well worth it for the level of quality and service I received. One area for improvement is that the website could use some more information about the different products and their features, but overall I'm very happy with my purchase. However, I noticed that there were some missing steps in our communication, for instance, I had to call to confirm the order after ordering online and then to schedule the delivery and to inform about missing items in the order.
