This upscale pet boutique on Central Avenue in St. Petersburg is a must-visit destination for pet owners seeking high-quality products and a welcoming atmosphere. The boutique's unique selection of pet accessories, toys, and clothing is impressive, with a focus on local and exclusive brands. The owner, Jerri, and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, making every customer feel valued and appreciated. The boutique's commitment to supporting local businesses and the LGBTQ+ community is commendable. However, one issue that stands out is the occasional inconsistent customer service, as mentioned in one review. On one occasion, a customer felt unwelcome and was spoken to rudely due to their accent. Although the owner apologized and offered to resolve the issue, it highlights the importance of providing excellent service to all customers, regardless of their background or accent.Overall, Boujee Pet Boutique is a standout destination for pet owners in St. Petersburg, offering a unique and welcoming shopping experience. With a focus on quality, innovativeness, and community support, this boutique is sure to please even the most discerning pet owners.
