This Tampa location offers a variety of services including legal aid, tax preparation, and financial assistance. They have a wheelchair-accessible building and seating, restrooms, and parking lot. This makes it easy for people with mobility issues to access their services. The business is proud to identify as Black-owned and offers both onsite and online appointments for convenience. Their working hours are standard, Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm. Unfortunately, there seems to be a lack of transparency about their pricing, making it hard to determine if it is reasonable or not. The business has a strong online presence, with a clear website and professional branding. However, a closer look reveals some of the online services are actually outsourced to BOSSED Enterprises, LLC, which might raise some questions.
