The experience at Boothtube was a bit of a letdown. The long working hours, available 24/7, should have allowed for a seamless experience, but unfortunately, it didn't quite meet expectations. The vendors were described as horrible and rude, which is not what you want when you're trying to capture memories of your event. Their slow pace also meant that they couldn't meet demand, leaving people waiting for a long time. This is unacceptable, especially when you consider the amount of money being spent. Despite being a business that offers high-quality images and services, Boothtube failed to deliver on this front.
