This Boost Mobile location is a wireless provider offering a variety of prepaid mobile phones, data plans, and accessories. The store is located at Building 111, N Valrico Rd Road, in Valrico City, and is easily accessible. The staff seems to be knowledgeable and friendly, with some employees going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
A notable example of this is Fred, who was praised for his great deals, good conversation, and excellent customer service. He even offered payment options and was willing to give away free items to customers who referred others to the store.
However, there was one instance where a customer was not satisfied with their experience. They were charged an excessive amount for a phone screen protector and were met with a defensive attitude from the staff member, Fred. This is concerning, as it suggests that some employees may not be following the company's policies or treating customers fairly.
Overall, this Boost Mobile location has a good reputation, with a rating of 4.4 on third-party rating sites. However, it's essential to be cautious and keep an eye out for any issues, such as the one mentioned above.
One issue that stands out is the potential for inconsistent customer service. While some staff members, like Fred, seem to be genuinely helpful and friendly, others may not be as welcoming or may even try to take advantage of customers. It's essential to approach this location with caution and be aware of your surroundings.
It's also worth noting that this location offers a range of features, including credit card payments and co-brands with Boost Mobile Store. Additionally, they cater to customers looking for prepaid cell phones, prepaid phones, no contract phones, Boost cell phones, and Boost phones.
