The location on Ariana St Street in Lakeland City offers a variety of products and services, including prepaid mobile phones, data plans, and accessories. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, with many customers praising the exceptional customer service. However, there have been some issues with staff availability, with some customers experiencing difficulties getting assistance. Despite this, the store remains a popular choice for customers looking for a new phone or accessories. One notable issue that has been mentioned is the lack of clear signage regarding store hours and availability. Customers have also noted that the store can be somewhat difficult to find, particularly for those who are unfamiliar with the area. Overall, the store's strengths in terms of quality and pricing make up for some of its weaknesses in terms of innovativeness and customer accessibility.
