The office space is generally a good option for those looking for a corporate environment close to downtown Sarasota. It offers a pleasant atmosphere, with some reviewers mentioning the friendly staff and great internet speeds. The parking situation can be a bit dicey, but there are options for paid garage parking, on-site parking, and free street parking. One of the standout features is the cafe downstairs, which serves good coffee and has a welcoming vibe. However, some reviewers have had issues with the membership management software, which has led to repeated charges and other problems. It's essential to be cautious when signing up for membership and to clarify any concerns you may have with the staff. The office space is wheelchair accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible restroom, parking lot, and entrance. On-site services are available, and the building has a relaxed atmosphere, making it a great place to work on projects uninterrupted or collaborate with other professionals.Overall, the office space has a lot to offer, but it's crucial to be aware of the potential issues with the membership management software. With careful attention to this aspect, the office space can be a great choice for those looking for a professional environment in downtown Sarasota.
