BodyByOM massage & healing arts studio, located at Building 6401, 1st Ave S Street, Suite 1, St. Petersburg City, is a women-owned business that offers various massage services. The studio appears to be wheelchair accessible, with a accessible restroom, parking lot, and entrance. Payments are accepted in the form of debit cards and credit cards.Based on the available data, it seems that the quality of the massages is consistently high, with many clients praising the therapists' skills and expertise. One client noted that Sandy is a "fantastic LMT" who integrates energy healing with various modalities, while another client described her as "kind and soulful." Many clients have given the studio a perfect 5-star rating, highlighting the peaceful atmosphere and professional service. However, there are some concerns regarding the scheduling and availability of appointments. One client reported difficulty scheduling an appointment, while another client was told that they couldn't schedule a session less than two weeks in advance. Some clients also mentioned that Sandy seems to have a preference for dealing with customers who don't use Groupons. One client had a particularly negative experience, reporting that Sandy was "awful and rude" and that she lied about giving them a massage in order to take their Groupon money. This incident highlights a potential issue with customer service and professionalism.Overall, BodyByOM massage & healing arts studio appears to be a well-regarded business with high-quality services, but there may be some areas for improvement regarding scheduling and customer service.
