This location is a great place to live for those who are looking for a peaceful and natural environment. The community has a lot of amenities, such as a golf course, restaurant, and club house, which makes it a great place to socialize and relax. The homes are beautiful and well-maintained, with great landscape. However, some people may find the community a bit uppity and expensive. The business has a good reputation and is well-known in the area. They have a good selection of homes to choose from, and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The customer service is excellent, with many customers praising the sales agents and the building process. One of the issues with this location is that some of the amenities are not well-maintained. There have been complaints about rusty fixtures and damaged equipment, which can be a bit disappointing.Overall, this location is a great choice for those who are looking for a high-end community with a lot of amenities. However, it may not be the best choice for those on a budget.
