The staff is highly knowledgeable and experienced, with many reviewers praising their expertise and professionalism. The quality of the equipment and boats is also top-notch, with many reviewers mentioning that they had a great experience with the gear provided. The location is wheelchair accessible, which is a great feature for visitors with mobility issues. The working hours are convenient, with the location open 24/7, making it easy for visitors to plan their trip at a time that suits them. One issue that stands out is the lack of clear pricing information on the website. While many reviewers have praised the prices as reasonable, others have mentioned that it was unclear what they would be charged before booking. This could be improved by adding more transparent pricing information on the website.Despite this issue, the location has an excellent reputation, with a high overall rating and many glowing reviews from satisfied customers.
