I walked in expecting a lot from BMW of Sarasota but unfortunately, I was disappointed. They don't have a wide selection of car parts, which made it hard for me to find what I needed. The staff was friendly, but they didn't seem to know much about the products they were selling. The store is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus, but that's about it. The business seems to be struggling, with long hours but limited service. The problem with this store is that they don't have consistent working hours.
