This warehouse and moving service location in Lakewood Ranch City seems to have a good reputation, with a solid overall rating of 4.1. The quality of service can be a mixed bag, as some customers have reported excellent experiences with professional and courteous staff, while others have mentioned issues with packing and labeling.
The location appears to have a wide range of services, including storage, transportation, and moving, and the staff seem to be knowledgeable and helpful. However, some customers have expressed frustration with the customer service, citing difficulties in getting through to a live person on the phone and a lack of clarity in communication.
Pricing seems to be a strong point, with many customers praising the value for the cost. The innovativeness of the location is also a strength, with some customers noting that the staff were able to come up with creative solutions to complex moving challenges.
One notable issue that some customers have mentioned is the lack of attention to detail in packing and labeling, which can lead to damage or loss of items during transit. However, it's worth noting that not all customers have experienced this issue, and the location has a number of positive reviews that praise the staff's professionalism and care.
Overall, this location seems to be a solid choice for those looking for a reliable and efficient moving and storage service, but may not be the best option for those who require extra attention to detail or specialized services.
