This branch has mixed reviews from customers. Some praised the staff for being helpful, polite, and professional. They mentioned that the employees at this branch are always courteous and friendly, making them feel valued as customers. Additionally, some customers appreciated the convenient drive-thru service, which is always quick and easy.
On the other hand, there were complaints about the quality of service, with some customers reporting that the employees were not well-trained and made mistakes with their accounts. There were also issues with the online banking and ATMs, with some customers experiencing problems with their balances not reflecting accurately.
Pricing seems to be a strong point, with most customers not mentioning any issues with the fees or rates.
One major concern that stood out is the issue with customer service, particularly when it comes to resolving problems or responding to customer inquiries. Some customers felt that they were not treated with respect or urgency, and that their problems were not taken seriously.
Overall, this branch seems to be an average place to bank, with some positive aspects and some areas for improvement.
