I visited the car rental location in Building 7033, Sampey Rd Road, Groveland City and had a mostly positive experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I was unable to assess the overall quality of their vehicles. The pricing for rentals seemed reasonable and competitive, although I was not able to compare it to other locations. The location is accessible and has a wheelchair-friendly parking lot, which is a big plus. The on-site parking is convenient for customers. The location is part of BM truck rental and leasing, which gives it a bit of a professional and trustworthy vibe. One minor issue I had was that the rental agreement was not clearly explained to me before I signed it. The location is easy to find and the surrounding area seems safe. The cars are clean and well-maintained, but I couldn't assess their overall quality. The staff was knowledgeable about the rental process and answered all my questions. The location has a wide range of vehicles available for rent. I was able to easily get my rental car, but I couldn't compare the speed of service to other locations.
