I had a great experience at Blue Water Marine Repair, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have a wide range of services, including car sales, car parts, automotive and boat service, and boat repair. They are certified Volvo Penta service center and have a lot of expertise in marine engines. Their working hours are convenient, and they have wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance. They also have a great selection of marine parts, including Volvo Penta, Vetus engine, and Kohler generators. However, one thing that can be improved is the quality of their work, as some customers have reported issues with their services. Despite this, they have a good reputation and are a reliable choice for marine repair and service.I would like to highlight that one customer had a disappointing experience with Blue Water Marine Repair, they said that the company had their boat for 5 weeks after a fresh detail was completed and the boat was delivered back to them with 2 large gashes like this one, along with an extremely dirty interior. When they contacted the manager, rather than offering to own up to their company's mistakes and making things right, a childish and defensive response was given arguing that it was not their fault. They also refused to take responsibility for their mistakes and failed to provide a satisfactory resolution to the customer's issue. This experience was a rare exception, and most customers have reported positive experiences with Blue Water Marine Repair.
