I visited the Blue Streak Couriers location at Building 2200, Heritage Dr Drive, in Lakeland City, and was generally pleased with my experience. The staff were very friendly and courteous, with one gentleman being particularly prompt and helpful during my visit. The same day and next day delivery services they offer are convenient, and the expedited shipping services are useful for those who need urgent deliveries. However, the pricing of their services seems unclear and inconsistent with the quality of service they provide, with some customers potentially being charged more than others for similar services. This lack of transparency in pricing is a major concern and could be improved. The wheelchair accessible parking lot is a nice touch, making the location more accessible to people with disabilities. Overall, Blue Streak Couriers is a reliable choice for those looking for courier services in the area. However, the inconsistent pricing needs to be addressed.
