The location is a travel agency that provides various services to tourists. It has a convenient address at Building 8875, Hidden River Pkwy Parkway, Suite 300, Tampa City, with a phone number +18134743010. The agency also partners with Blue Palms Care, another reputable company. The overall experience of clients has been generally positive, with some clients having exceptional experiences. One client praised the agency for providing excellent logistics services and facilitating communication with healthcare providers in Tampa. Another client commended the agency for its high level of professionalism, cleanliness, and safety. Many clients appreciated the agency's assistance with travel arrangements, medical care, and other needs. However, not all clients have been satisfied with the agency's quality of service. One client had a disappointing experience and mentioned that the facility was not suitable for humans. The agency's staff, including Carolyn Bailey, Barbara, Julie, Dee, Dora, and Nurse GeeGee, were praised by this client for their kindness and assistance.Overall, the agency seems to excel in providing excellent logistics services and facilitating communication with healthcare providers. However, there may be some room for improvement in terms of quality control and ensuring that facilities meet the necessary standards. One notable issue is the concern about the quality of facilities provided by the agency.
