I visited the Department of Transportation office at Building 1239 on E Kennedy Blvd Boulevard in Tampa City. The experience was somewhat disappointing. The office is shared with Blue One Transportation, a co-brand that has its own set of issues. The office's main phone number seems to be problematic, as it routes to a "subscriber you have dialed is not in service" message. I had to try multiple times to get in touch with someone. When I finally got an answer, the person was not able to provide clear guidance. The company's website is functional, but the contact form did not produce a response within the timeframe I was expecting. In my attempt to book a transportation service, I experienced significant delays and problems with communication. While I was able to see one of their vans arriving at a nearby hotel, it was not a reliable or timely experience. I have had better experiences with other transportation services in the past. There were no major issues with the physical space, it is located in a standard office building and is easily accessible by car. One major issue that stood out was the lack of reliability and responsiveness of the company. This impacted my overall experience and left a negative impression.
