The shop offers a wide variety of excellent products that satisfy customer needs. The shop's atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. The employees are friendly, professional, and helpful. The shop is very clean, and the selection of products is impressive. There is a separate lounge area in the back called "Kiss & Tell" with a bar, DJ, and various drinks. The only issue that stood out is a single customer complaint about a product that stopped working after three puffs, however, the shop staff were quick to offer a solution to rectify the situation.
