Blackbird Pedalboards is a great place to find unique and high-quality pedalboards that fit any guitar player's style and budget. The tolex-wrapped boards they make are truly one-of-a-kind. The company seems to care about its customers, as evident from the positive feedback from many customers who appreciate their customer-focused approach. Unfortunately, there have been some issues with customer service, specifically with one customer who experienced a problem with a damaged board and had difficulty getting it replaced. The working hours seem to be a bit limited, with no Saturday or Sunday hours, which might not be convenient for everyone. However, the business seems to be doing well, with a 4.4 rating from third-party sources. The company's products are priced reasonably, considering their high quality and uniqueness. The solder-less jacks and other features of their products are appreciated by customers who prefer to buy direct from the manufacturer. Overall, Blackbird Pedalboards is a great place to find unique and high-quality pedalboards, but it's essential to be aware of the potential customer service issues.
