I've been very impressed with Black's Insurance in Plant City. The team is always friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, making the insurance process a breeze. They're very responsive to emails and phone calls, and they always follow up to ensure everything is taken care of. Melanie and Danielle have been particularly helpful, going above and beyond to answer all my questions and find the best coverage for my needs. They're very professional and courteous, and I appreciate their transparency about the policies and pricing.Unfortunately, I've also had some issues with the company's digital systems, specifically with the PDF application process. I've had trouble completing the application on my phone, and it took several attempts before I was able to finish it. I also had to email a copy of my current policy, but the response I received was just to complete the PDF application again, which wasn't very helpful.Overall, I've had a very positive experience with Black's Insurance, and I would definitely recommend them to others.
