I had a very good experience at this business location in Zephyrhills City. The staff were knowledgeable and professional in the field of ophthalmology and optometry. They provided a high-quality service, with attention to detail and a thorough examination. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp entrance, parking lot, and restroom, making it easily navigable for people with mobility issues. They accept debit and credit cards as payment methods, which is convenient for customers. However, I was a bit disappointed with the pricing, as it was not clearly communicated upfront. Nonetheless, the expertise and care provided by the medical staff make it worth the visit. I appreciate that they co-operate with Bissi & Associates Disability, showing their commitment to inclusivity. Overall, I would highly recommend this business for its exceptional service and professional staff. One area for improvement is to make their pricing more transparent and clear to potential customers.
