BioReference Laboratories provides scientific expertise and laboratory innovation, which is a plus.The staff may not always be friendly and professional, which could be an issue for young patients and their families. One customer had a very negative experience with a staff member who was not compassionate and had poor bedside manner. On the other hand, some customers had a great experience with fast and efficient service.The laboratory testing services seem to be mostly accurate, but there were some issues with delayed results and poor communication from the staff. It would be great to see some improvement in this area.Overall, this location is a decent option for those in need of laboratory testing services, but it may not be the best choice for everyone.
