The location is in a good spot, but the working hours are limited. Bilynn Realty has been around for a while and has a good reputation, although it's not perfect. Their services cover a broad range of construction and development needs, from property management to construction modeling. The website has all the necessary information and their contact details are easily accessible. Overall, Bilynn Realty is a solid choice for construction and development projects. However, some previous tenants have had issues with being priced out due to rent increases. They also had problems with unresponsive staff and unprofessional treatment. Furthermore, some units were not properly maintained, and some issues with renovations and construction work. However, it's worth noting that the owner has apologized for some of these issues and has tried to make amends. On the other hand, many previous tenants have had very positive experiences with Bilynn Realty, praising their responsive staff, quality of service, and value for the price. Some even mentioned that they were happy with the renovations and the condition of the units. Despite some negative experiences, the majority of tenants seem to be satisfied with Bilynn Realty's services.
