The business location, Irb Vacation Homes, is a real estate agency and vacation home rental service based in Indian Rocks Beach City. The agency operates 24/7, catering to customers with various needs. The overall quality of service seems to be good, as indicated by the average rating of 4.3 from third-party ratings. Reviews from clients suggest that the agency provides clean, well-maintained properties that meet their needs. Many reviewers praised the responsiveness and professionalism of the agency, noting that their queries were answered promptly and politely. However, some clients reported issues with noise restrictions in residential areas, which they found restrictive. They mentioned that they were asked to keep noise levels down during hours when they were not explicitly prohibited from making noise. This led to stressful situations and inconvenience for the guests. In terms of pricing, Irb Vacation Homes seems to be competitive, with many clients mentioning that the properties were clean and well-maintained, but not necessarily luxurious. The agency's pricing is transparent, and clients generally feel that they get value for their money. In terms of innovativeness, the agency appears to be doing a good job of adapting to changing customer needs, with many clients praising the high-quality amenities and services offered. However, some reviewers suggested that the agency could improve its communication and noise management policies to better serve its clients.Overall, Irb Vacation Homes seems to be a reliable and professional agency that offers good value for its customers. However, it may need to work on addressing some of the concerns raised by clients, particularly in terms of noise management and communication.
