Big Paws Animal Hospital is a well-established veterinary clinic located in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. The staff is generally friendly and professional, with many clients praising their kindness and compassion. Dr. Erin Siems is a popular veterinarian at the clinic, and many clients appreciate her expertise and gentle approach with pets. The clinic offers a range of services, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and surgery. However, some clients have reported long wait times and difficulties scheduling appointments. Additionally, some clients have expressed frustration with the pricing, citing that it can be higher than at other clinics. The clinic has also been accused of being pushy with recommendations for additional tests and procedures.Despite these issues, many clients have reported being satisfied with the care their pets receive at Big Paws Animal Hospital. The clinic has a strong reputation in the community, and many clients appreciate the personalized attention they receive from the staff. One issue that stands out is the clinic's policy on late appointments. Some clients have reported being charged a fee for arriving late to an appointment, even if they called ahead to notify the clinic. This policy may be seen as inflexible and unfair by some clients.Overall, Big Paws Animal Hospital is a solid choice for pet owners in the Lakewood Ranch area. However, clients should be aware of the potential for long wait times and higher prices, and may want to explore other options if these issues are a concern.
