Big Oaks is a solid choice for those looking for a comfortable and convenient living experience. The apartments in Lakeland, FL are clean and well-maintained, with a range of amenities to suit various needs. The staff is friendly and welcoming, with many reviewers praising their helpfulness and professionalism. The community is generally quiet and family-oriented, with a strong sense of security. However, some issues have been reported, such as noise disturbances from loud neighbors or music from cars driving by.One notable issue that has been raised is the presence of unsupervised teenagers playing around the pool, which may be a concern for families with young children. Additionally, some reviewers have mentioned difficulties with getting maintenance issues addressed in a timely manner. On a positive note, the complex offers a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, outdoor space, and in-unit washer/dryer. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining options. While not perfect, Big Oaks appears to be a reliable choice for those seeking a comfortable and secure living environment.
