The business has a consistent and good overall experience. Quality of the wash and cleanliness of the car after the wash are somewhat below expectations. Prices are very competitive, being one of the lowest options in the area. The business stands out for its innovativeness, offering unique features like free vacuums and microfiber towels. However, the inconsistent quality of the wash leaves room for improvement. On the plus side, the staff is very friendly and helpful, with some attendants going above and beyond to provide great customer service. The free car wash promotions on Wednesdays are a great bonus for frequent customers. A few customers have reported issues with the vacuums not working properly or being too weak, which is a drawback. Overall, Big Finish Car Wash is a good option for those looking for a quick and affordable car wash experience, but may not be the best choice for those prioritizing quality.
