This location is known for its high-quality service, making it a great place to get your car washed. The staff is friendly and attentive, with many customers praising their excellent customer service. Faith, in particular, has been a standout employee, receiving numerous compliments for her helpfulness and kindness. The location's interior and exterior amenities are well-maintained and provide a convenient experience for customers. The vacuums and air compressors are available for use, and the floor mat cleaner is a nice touch. However, one customer mentioned that the vacuums at the location on Dale Mabry are better, which may be worth noting. The prices at Big Dan's Car Wash are considered reasonable, with many customers commenting that they are great value for the service provided. The location is convenient, with a wide range of services available, including vacuuming, auto detailing, and car waxing. One potential issue is the staff's communication. In one instance, a customer felt that the staff was rude and had attitudes, which resulted in a negative experience. However, this is not a common complaint, and the majority of customers have had positive interactions with the staff.Overall, Big Dan's Car Wash is a great option for those looking for a high-quality car wash experience. While there may be some minor issues to address, the location's strengths far outweigh its weaknesses.
