Beyond 2020 Vision Specialists has proven to be a reliable choice for medical services in the Sarasota City area. The staff is generally well-trained, with a few minor areas for improvement. The team at Beyond 2020 Vision Specialists is polite and friendly, providing a welcoming atmosphere for patients. The professionalism shown by Dr. Helsing, O.D. is a major highlight of the practice. Unfortunately, the pre-testing team member's shyness is a notable issue that may affect the overall patient experience. The practice offers a wide range of amenities, including wheelchair accessible parking and entrance, making it easily accessible for people with disabilities. Additionally, the availability of NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards for payment purposes is a convenient option for patients. The Beyond 2020 Vision Specialists show room has a beautiful selection of frames, which is a significant asset for patients seeking new eyewear. The team's technical screening process is also a notable strength of the practice. While the team's dedication to providing top-quality services is evident, some patients may find the overall experience slightly lacking in terms of innovation. However, this is a minor drawback in an otherwise excellent practice.Overall, Beyond 2020 Vision Specialists is a well-established and reputable medical service provider that caters to the needs of its patients. While there are areas for improvement, the practice is generally a reliable choice for eye care services in the Sarasota City area.
