This community is a hidden gem with award-winning amenities and various home options. The location is perfect, with a beautiful neighborhood, great amenities, and a perfect mix of charm and comfort. The staff is friendly and welcoming, with a personal touch that makes every visit special. The community is great for families, with a safe and falls in A-grade school district, jogging and biking trails, and a clubhouse with a great cafe. The neighborhood is very clean and fun, with a lively atmosphere. However, one issue to note is that the common areas could use some work, with weeds and dead plants in some areas. The CDD fees are also high, but the community is working to address these issues. Overall, this is a wonderful place to live, with a great community, beautiful homes, and plenty of amenities. The Twist Sprocket Cafe is an absolute gem, with top-notch coffee and fresh pastries. The staff remembers names and favorite orders, making every visit feel special.
