I visited this medical service location and found it to be a decent place. The building is easily accessible with a wheelchair-friendly parking lot and entrance, which is a great feature. The staff seems to be knowledgeable and helpful. However, the quality of service is somewhat inconsistent. Sometimes the nurses seem to be in a hurry, which can be a bit off-putting. On the other hand, the APRN Bethany Houston is exceptional - she takes the time to explain everything clearly and is very compassionate. The prices seem to be reasonable, although I couldn't get a clear idea of the overall cost. One thing that could be improved is the way they handle administrative tasks, as I had to wait a while to get my paperwork sorted out. The location is also a bit hard to find, as the building number seems to be easily missed. Overall, it's a good option if you're looking for medical services in Lakeland City, but there's definitely room for improvement.
